Presto 23 Qt. Induction Pressure Canner

Induction compatible Pressure Canner is constructed of heavy-gauge polished aluminum with stainless steel-clad base. Air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build up only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from opening until pressure is safely reduced. Deluxe pressure gauge registers the complete range of processing pressures, which are especially important at higher altitudes. Pressure canning is the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Works on gas, electric, smooth-top and induction ranges. Doubles as a boiling water canner for fruits, jams, jellies and salsa. Pressure dial gauge.
