Round over bead. Includes 2 router bits that create any door in 5/8 In. to 1-1/4 In. door thickness range. Adjustable shims enable both a tight fit when using plywood panels and the ability to use thick panels (from 5.5mm to 6.35mm). The unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tear-out. Top portion of cutter, including bearing and spindle, is removed to produce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons, or bridle joints. Bits feature Freud's Perma-SHIELD coating that reduces heat and pitch buildup along with rust, and Freud's TiCo hi-density carbide to maximize bit life and material finish.
